Hey there,
My Name is Caroline and I’m a UX designer with a background in management, customer service, and photography. I use my communication and problem solving skills to turn research insights into design solutions.
An end-to-end mobile website that aids the user in packing, unpacking, and keeping track of all of their items during or after a move to minimize stress.
An end-to-end mobile app to help online daters make more genuine matches and avoid people being dishonest with their intentions.
Adding a function that decreases the number of users sharing one account, and therefore increases the total number of users.
Designing and present an employee portal and revised user homepage for the MERITO Foundation.
Being a middle child, I’ve always been a problem solver.
Recently I was going through my old teacher reports, all of which my mother has saved, I came across one that exemplified this: One day in kindergarten, a friend of mine was overwhelmed by the noise of all the other kids and went to sit in the quiet corner. Wanting to help without disturbing their peace, I brought them my favorite stuffed animal and sat down beside them without a word. My teacher, thinking this was sweet, wrote it up for my report for my parents.
My own empathy as a child moved me as an adult. It’s this empathy that I strive to maintain in my design work.
